Wood Cabinet Doors and Drawer Fronts
Kitchen Door Depot offers a complete range of solid wood cabinet doors. There are a variety of designs to choose from whether it is a square, single arch or double arch, a solid panel or recessed panel door, we have a style to suit everybody's taste. All doors come to you unfinished awaiting your finishing touch. We also offer drilling for hidden hinges drilled at 3 5/8" centers for $2.50 per door.
RTF Cabinet Doors
Cabinet Door Depot offers a complete range of Premium Rigid Thermo Foil (RTF) doors and European doors in a variety of styles and color combinations. All RTF doors are made from 3/4" premium MDF board with a White Melamine back, while our European doors are constructed with a 5/8" Particle Core Board with a Continuous Oak C-Pull for a handle.
We also offer drilling for hidden hinges at a charge of $2.50 per door.
RTF Drawer Fronts
The drawer fronts on the RTF product are made with a standard slab profile; all wood grain drawer fronts come with the direction of the grain running in the direction of the width of the drawer. If you wish to order a drawer front with a routed profile, this is available with a slight upcharge.
Mullions and Glass Frames
To accompany your new doors, the Cabinet Door Depot offers a selection of framed doors with a variety of styles and lites to choose from. Please note, glass is not included.
Knobs, Hinges and Accessories
To complete your refacing project, please peruse our selection of knobs , hinges, laminates, and mouldings.

Lead Time
Orders will be shipped within 15 working days from the day the order is received complete at the Cabinet Door Depot Office office.

Policies & Warranty
We will not accept orders by phone, but only by fax, e-mail, and standard mail. All items are custom made to customer's specifications; therefore, cancellations or changes to orders in process are subject to a charge to be determined by the factory at the time of the request. After 48 hours the order will be in production, therefore any changes or cancellations to orders in the manufacturing stage will be at the customer's expense.
The general lead-time for orders is around 10-15 days depending on the time of year. Shipment by ground will take an approximate week, therefore total lead-time from time of ordering to receipt of cabinet doors is 4 weeks.
Payment is required before order can be placed in production, since each order is custom made to your specifications. Payment can be made by MASTER CARD VISA, CERTIFIED CHECK, OR MONEY ORDER.
All orders will be processed within 24 hours and are non-cancelable and non-refundable after 72 hours due to the custom nature of the product. If order is canceled within 72 hours, a 10% or $100 ( whichever is less ) order processing fee will apply.
Any outstanding balances must be paid before any shipments occur, the entire dollar amount of the order is non-cancelable and non-refundable. No allowances will be given with the exception of that clearly stated in the Warranty.
Upon receiving your shipment, please be sure to inspect for damage. Any product received damaged should be noted on the delivery slip and signed by the driver. A copy should then be faxed to us at 416-522-4739 and a claim must be submitted immediately by the customer to the courier. The customer is responsible for checking their delivered order immediately for any shortages or discrepancies and is responsible for contacting Cabinet Door Depot within 2 days to report these discrepancies.
Shipping is included in the cost for orders totaling $200 or more for the continental USA. For orders that do not meet these minimum requirements, there will be an additional charge levied of $15.
Cabinet Door Depot provides the express warranty for each of its thermofoil products. It guarantees that the thermoplastic product is exempt, under normal use and maintenance from any defects in workmanship, delamination, and pre-mature yellowing subject to the following terms and conditions:
If any faults should be found in Cabinet Door Depot's thermoplastic product within the warranty period of one ( 1 ) year from the date of purchase, necessary repairs and/or replacement shall be made under Cabinet Door Depot's discretion when the latter acknowledges that such defects are due to faulty workmanship and/or materials.
The warranty shall not apply to:
- Any defects caused, or repairs required as a result of misuses, abusive operation, negligence, accident, improper use or installation, and/or insufficient care.
- Any Cabinet Door Depot's thermoplastic product tampered by adjustment, altered or repaired by any party other than Cabinet Door Depot.
- Any defects to the surface caused by normal wear and tear and the natural aging process.
- To the extent the law permits, for loss of time or use of Cabinet Door Depot's thermoplastic product, installation and transportation costs necessary for the application of this warranty, or any other indirect or consequential damage or inconvenience.
Cleaning Recommendations
In order to keep these doors looking like new for years to come, it is imperative that no solvent based cleaning materials ( e.g.. lacquer thinners or any other product containing acetone ) be used on the PVC film. These solvents will destroy the protective acrylic coating and the doors will discolor once exposed to ultra violet rays. The Cabinet Door Depot uses and recommends the use of Methyl Hydrate ( automotive windshield washer fluid ), or non-abrasive soap and water for cleaning purposes.
For European Doors use the following cleaning agents:
- Mild soap solution ( non-abrasive ) or liquid detergent
- Glass cleaner can also be used on heavier areas
- Countertop Magic ( hardware store product )
Self-Cleaning Ovens
Due to the extremely high temperatures vented from self- cleaning ovens, it is recommended that a filler be installed between the RTF Door or Drawer front and the self-cleaning oven. Lastly, when operating in self-cleaning mode it is important to open the doors and drawer fronts immediately next to the oven.
