Received the new doors last week and I must admit that I am very pleasantly surprised. We're moving into an older home with an old kitchen. We don't really have the budget right now for a new kitchen so we were going to replace the doors on the cabinets and paint the cabinets. I assumed for the price I was paying for the doors that they were going to be cheaply made. Then when I received my new oak doors, we feel as though they are too nice to paint over so now we are going to reface the old frames and stain everything. I am very impressed with the construction of the doors and drawer fronts! I will definitely recommend you guys to friends. I do some work in the construction field and I'll keep you in mind.

There is more than one approach to refacing your kitchen cabinets

One option is to paint your cabinets frames white and replace your doors with a white RTF door style. This is a fast and economical way towards great a great looking kitchen.

Another option, which requires a little more time and money but the results are fantastic is to replace the doors with solid wood doors, veneers are also available for sale so that your cabinet frames can perfectly match your doors.

Lastly you can choose the painted approach, that is painting your boxes any color inside and out and then ordering MDF ( Medium Density Fiberboard ) or Paint Grade Maple doors to paint over thereby creating a unique and distinctive look for your kitchen remodeling project.
